Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern your use of fluxprisma.com (the 'Site') and short-term rental management services provided by fluxprisma.com LLC ('we', 'us').

Provider details: fluxprisma.com LLC, EDRPOU 79532687, Business Center Rialto, 12 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Contact: contact@fluxprisma.com, +380 984 209 9206. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'. No special license is required for our services.

2. Services and Fees

We manage short-term rentals. Management fees are agreed in a separate contract. Payouts are made monthly, net of fees, within 10 business days after guest checkout.

3. Owner Responsibilities

You must ensure the property meets safety standards, provide accurate listing info, and comply with local laws. You are responsible for taxes and utility payments.

4. Consumer Rights and Complaints

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', you have the right to pre-contract information, a complaint procedure, and consumer protection. To complain, email contact@fluxprisma.com. The supervisory authority is the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

5. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data based on your consent and contractual necessity under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'. See our Privacy Policy. We use cookies with your consent as per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications', Article 113.

6. Advertising

Advertising is identifiable. Claims about income or occupancy are substantiated and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or force majeure. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
