• Guests: name, contacts, booking dates, payments.
• Visitors: IP, device and cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and bases

We process data to perform our contract, meet legal duties and, with your consent, for cookies and marketing; consent may be withdrawn anytime. We share data only with providers bound by confidentiality and with authorities where the law requires.

4. Cookies and terminal equipment

We store and read information on your device only with your prior clear consent, as Article 113 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' requires. Safeguards apply; you can refuse cookies in your browser.

Advertising here is clearly identifiable and claims about income, occupancy or returns are substantiated and not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'). Under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' our legal name, EDRPOU code, location, email and phone appear above before you order.
